Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

This policy explains how Fury Construction & Development and Modern Garden Estates ("we", "us") handle the information you share on this website.

What we collect

When you request a private tour or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, preferred date, how you would like to build, whether you are a buyer or a broker (and, for brokers, your brokerage and license number), your message and any design notes. We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing cookies.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages they view, the type of device, and the approximate city or country (based on your IP address). Google Analytics sets cookies only if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Decline, or do not choose, it sends limited data without cookies. We do not use this data for advertising. Cloudflare, our website host, also counts visits without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page.

How we use it

• To contact you about Modern Garden Estates by phone, text or email, as you agreed when you sent the form.
• To keep a record of your request so our team can follow up.

• Our sales representatives for Modern Garden Estates, The Chad Carroll Group at Compass.
• The service that delivers website forms to our inbox (FormSubmit) and our email provider (Microsoft).
• Google (Google Analytics) and Cloudflare, which measure website visits for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Texts and calls

If you agreed to be contacted, we may call or text the number you gave us, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by email or phone.
